Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- Be in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
- Not show signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, or alterations.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final Sale items
- Clearance items marked as non-returnable
- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized products (if applicable)
- Any item specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page
3. How to Request a Return
To begin a return, please contact our customer support team before sending your item back.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
- The reason for your return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Our support team will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.
Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Refunds
After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges based on product availability.
If you wish to exchange an item for another size or color, please contact us before returning your order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will review your request and work to provide an appropriate solution.
7. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
