These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Yjmac website, online store, products, and related services collectively referred to as the “Services.”

Throughout these Terms, “Yjmac,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Yjmac. “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing the Services or placing an order.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your place of residence to place an order independently.

If you are under the age of legal majority, you may use the Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Online Store

Yjmac operates an online retail store offering women’s fashion products.

Products available for purchase, including their descriptions, sizes, colors, prices, and availability, are displayed on the applicable product pages. Available products and collections may change without notice.

Yjmac is an independent retailer. Unless expressly stated, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any other retailer or brand.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, measurements, sizing information, prices, availability, and images.

Colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and device displays. Minor variations that do not materially change the product may occur.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and available sizing information before completing a purchase. Nothing in this section limits a customer’s rights if a product is materially different from its description, damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Prices and Currency

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD).

The product price, applicable taxes, discounts, and any other required charges will be displayed before the order is submitted.

Yjmac currently provides free standard shipping on all eligible United States orders, with no minimum purchase requirement, as explained in our Shipping Policy.

We do not intentionally add undisclosed mandatory charges after checkout.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

After an order is submitted, you may receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we received it. An acknowledgment does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or shipped.

We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

  • A product is unavailable

  • Product or pricing information contains a clear error

  • Payment cannot be authorized

  • The order is identified as potentially fraudulent

  • The shipping address is incomplete, invalid, or outside our service area

  • The order violates these Terms or applicable law

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

We will not cancel a valid order solely to avoid honoring an accurately advertised price or promotion.

6. Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout.

Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers. Yjmac generally does not directly store complete payment card numbers.

Payment authorization may be subject to verification and fraud-prevention checks.

7. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions disclosed with the promotion.

Unless expressly stated:

  • Promotions cannot be combined

  • Discount codes have no cash value

  • Discounts apply only to eligible products

  • Promotions cannot be applied retroactively

  • Expired promotions will not be honored

We may cancel or correct a promotion affected by fraud, technical errors, or unauthorized use. Any material purchase conditions will be disclosed before checkout.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Yjmac currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

Our standard shipping terms are:

  • Standard shipping cost: Free

  • Order cutoff: 12:00 PM Eastern Time

  • Handling time: 1–3 business days

  • Transit time: 6–9 business days

  • Standard estimated total delivery time: 7–12 business days

  • Handling and transit business days: Monday through Friday

Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing on the next business day and may have a later estimated delivery date.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please review our separate Shipping Policy for complete information.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Contact us promptly if an address correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

9. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned by mail within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Unless the return results from a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Returned items must satisfy the published eligibility conditions

For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Yjmac will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide an appropriate prepaid return method.

Yjmac does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Yjmac does not currently offer direct exchanges. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before sending an item back.

Our business contact address should not be used as a return address unless Yjmac confirms it in writing.

10. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order that has not entered fulfillment. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing begins or after an order has been transferred to the carrier.

If cancellation is no longer possible, you may request an eligible return after delivery.

11. Customer Accounts

You may be able to create an account to view or manage orders. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials

  • Restricting unauthorized access to your account

  • Notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized activity

We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, protect the Services, comply with law, or address a material violation of these Terms.

12. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you represent that:

  • You own the content or have permission to submit it

  • The content is accurate based on your genuine experience

  • The content does not infringe another person’s rights

  • The content is not unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading

You grant Yjmac a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and format submitted content for operating and promoting the Services, subject to applicable privacy and advertising laws.

We will not use a customer’s personal information or image in advertising where consent is legally required unless that consent has been obtained.

We may remove content that violates these Terms, while preserving honest positive or negative reviews that otherwise comply with our rules.

13. Intellectual Property

The Yjmac name, website design, text, graphics, logos, product presentation, and other original website content are owned by or licensed to Yjmac and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website only for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, republish, sell, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • Submit false payment, identity, or delivery information

  • Interfere with website security or operation

  • Introduce malicious software or harmful code

  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems

  • Scrape or collect website information using automated means without permission

  • Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights

Our website may also contain links to third-party websites. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Yjmac is not responsible for third-party websites that we do not own or control.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Yjmac and the service providers needed to operate the store, complete payments, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.

17. Availability and Website Operation

We try to keep the Services accurate, secure, and available. However, website access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, technical problems, security issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may modify or discontinue website features, provided that doing so does not remove rights associated with orders already accepted.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. This disclaimer does not exclude any product warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yjmac will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from the use of, or inability to use, the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

20. Events Outside Our Control

Yjmac will not be responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier interruptions, government actions, labor disruptions, network failures, or other comparable events.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays and fulfill affected obligations as soon as reasonably possible.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence remain unaffected.

Before beginning formal legal proceedings, you and Yjmac agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the dispute by contacting the other party and providing relevant information.

Subject to applicable law, disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be brought before a court with proper jurisdiction in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our Services, policies, business practices, or legal obligations.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights connected with an order accepted before the change unless required by law.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or removed, while the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

24. No Waiver

A failure by Yjmac to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any conditions displayed at checkout, form the agreement between you and Yjmac regarding the Services and purchases made through the website.
